The client’s primary objective was to enhance user privacy, which is achieved through the strategic placement of openings on the elevation facing the road.
This design element creates a sense of seclusion, while the rear elevation is open and transparent, providing an unobstructed view of the pool and garden area.
Furthermore, the roof space has been transformed into a fully functional roof garden, adhering to the overall design philosophy throughout the property.
